Ordering and delivery

How to order:

Placing an order with us is easy! Simply browse our range, select your favourites, and proceed to checkout. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll get started on preparing it right away.

Delivery:

We offer fast and reliable delivery throughout the Netherlands. Standard shipping usually takes 2-3 business days to arrive. You’ll receive a tracking link so you can keep an eye on your parcel every step of the way.

Shipping within The Netherlands is €6.95, free shipping from €75.
Shipping to Belgium €9.50, free shipping from €100.
Shipping to Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden is €10.95, free shipping from €150.
We don't offer shipping outside of EER countries.

Free pick-up in Amsterdam & Grootebroek

If you would like to pick-up your order for free, you can do so in Amsterdam (Baarsjes/ Jordaan/ Overtoom) and Grootebroek. We will contact you for pick-up possibilities after finalising payment.

Select the "Free pick-up in Amsterdam" option when finalising your cart. If you wish to collect your order please add your preffered pick up location to the Remarks field at the last step of checkout (after payment). Don't worry, we will send you the exact address and pick-up instructions when we receive your order.

Free In-store pickup Location Amsterdam Jordaan: @Bem Estar (Rozengracht 234). Payment can be done online and in store (cash/ card).

Free In-store pickup Location Amsterdam Overtoom: @The Gift Lab (Overtoom 87). Payment can be done online and in store (cash/ card).

Free Pickup Mercatorplein: Online pre-payment needed.

Exchanges and returns

If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can exchange or return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please ensure items are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. To start a return or exchange, contact us via the contact form or email us at info@laursfusion.com. We’ll guide you through the process and do our best to make it hassle-free.

We understand it may be hard to choose your favourite scent online. Therefore, your first return is free within NL. Returning your item in store is always free of cost.

After your first return, note that shipping costs for returns apply, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
